Dress: Thrifted // Bag: Thrifted // Shoes: Target // Rings & Bracelet: Asos //
My love for thrifting has been with me for as long as I can remember. In high school, I remember running into someone I knew at D.I. (Deseret Industries, a thrift shop basically, haha.) and she asked me if I was looking for a Halloween costume. I told her I was just shopping for clothes, and still to this day I remember the look on her face. She was disgusted to say the least. I know it isn't for everyone, but for me, it's one of my passions. I love finding something beautiful for super cheap. I mean, how can you not?! I love knowing that this dress has a story. It has a past. Who knows what it's been through, and that's what's so amazing about it.
Anyway, hope you all had an amazing Memorial Day weekend! I had one of the best weekends I've had in a while. My husband and I went and saw the new movie Neighbors (which is hilarious, Seth Rogen is one of my favorite actors ever), went to a baseball game, and just enjoyed each other's company. He usually works Sundays, and he actually had this Sunday off, and it was literally the best thing ever. I could never get sick of hanging out with him. I also finally got some pool time, which was fantastic. So I hope you guys all enjoyed the holiday as much as I did. Have a wonderful Tuesday!

  1. Cute dress. Thrifting is so much fun. I haven't done it in a few month. Last time I went I find a brand new J crew dress but it wasn't in my size. So I left it.

  2. This dress is so lovely! I love the subtle florals and the longer length!

  3. Oh my gosh I LOVED neighbors!!! So freaking funny. I love these pics, I've been wanting to take some in a greenhouse too! So pretty. One of these days we're finally going to go thrifting together! ;)
